Tasty Chili & Seasoned Pork Sandwich

On superbowl sunday I made a GIANT bucket of chili and to be honest half of it is still up in my freezer :)

So the other day we noticed we had three tiny thin cut pork chops.   I figured if I paprika and pepper the pork I can quick sautee it and then toss the heated of chili on top.

I finished it off with a radish and fine chopped asparagus slaw to add a bit of crunch.

Simple food that was frankly all about clearing out some room in my frig :)
