Pernil Pork Party Climatic Trial

Today I cooked the pig.  350 degrees 4h40m.   I let it rest for 30 mins.   So we actually had to leave the house while it was cooking because it smelt so good it was torturing us.   

I dont have much to say about it outside of YUM.   Salty garlicy goodness.    I am in heaven

God bless Pernil.   I am going to stick to my recipe.   Yum yum yum
