My quest for the perfect pernil - FINALE - Pernil Pork Party
My thanksgiving went off without a hitch. My pernil was AMAZING. It is a perfect recipe and one that I am quite proud of. I will be posting and finalizing the recipe in my next post but here are some delicious pictures of the perfect pernil for the holiday and the finale of my pernil pork party
