Saudi Arabia Media License

So according to Arab News the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is going to start requiring that blogs, news, and forums online register and apply for a license to curate content.   

I have never been an outward free speech nerd but on this one I have to say what the hay.    Everyone in the world should have the implicit right to curate whatever content they want as long as it is not putting minors at risk.
