Ok so I tried a new cheese this weekend and for the first time in a while I was let down! The cheese was the Fromage d'O'Cow from Cato Corner Farm. It had a weird start that I could only describe as ammonia like. I was really not a fan at all! Total shame because this cheese is the slightly more aged version of Hooligan from Cato Corner Farm which I love! Oh Well. Try and Try Again! Onward and Upward!!!!!
